When the full insanity of Hitlers plan was made known to the world Its was concluded that the road to Auschwitz was paved with indifference.
Meaning ordinary people in Europe whether in Germany or elsewhere couldn't or wouldn't care about what the Nazis were doing to the Jews.
The same in other Antisemitic incidents whether in Russia, and elsewhere people turned their backs and walked off allowing the mass murder of people who were their neighbours.
Now in 2010 it seems to me despite what people would think about Muslims it seems in our heads we have this image that they are an alien race, some sort of fanatical fantastical dangerous race of people who are intent on destroying us all and sending our societies back to the stone ages.
I have spoken to many good muslim people, at work or at the gym, or my Muslim neighbours who cared for my mother when she was ill. I can tell you they are normal people bar a little minority.
In France last week they banned the Burkha because they thought it was incapable with being French, as they did in Belgium.
In Switzerland they banned the construction of further mosques.
Now my question is do you think if the time came and they started to put Muslims onto trains heading East wards to Poland , do you think anyone would do anything about it suppose it were done in 2010 right now? Say this week the EU states all get together and say:
"Enough! lets send all these Muslims to Poland and put them into the former camp in Auschwitz"-
Or would we think yes maybe these people are dangerous and alien and should be removed?
(Lets hope Europe never sees another Holocaust again)
