Could someone please give me an idea of what to do, or what the rules are. My grandparents are buried together (on a small cremation plot), my mum got a 25 year lease on it. We all like to go and put flowers on the grave. Unfortunately the grave next to it likes to decorate theirs with plants, paving stones, lights, etc, and the other day when my mum went they had put down 2 paving stones, and instead of cutting them so they fit just across that grave, it actually goes across onto my grandparents grave too. My mum moved it across slightly back onto theirs, but when she went back tonight they'd moved it again. She has moved it back, but she's upset. She said they wouldn't like it if it was the other way around. She's still really grieving and for them and all she wants is the grave that she has rightfully leased, to be left alone. Do you know what we can do. Are the council obliged to sort it out? I feel really angry actually, they obviously really love their relative with all the effort they are putting in at the grave, so why can't they see that our relative means just as much to is, and it's not right for them to intrude on our boundaries. I'd be grateful for any help.
