So, we used to have grass in the garden, then recently my mum took all the grass up, and got it paved instead. Since then, my dog (5/6 years old) refuses to go outside, and when we evetually get her out (sometimes I actually need to carry her out the door) she will not do the toilet! And this had lasted a few days, my mum realised she had been doing the toilet in her bed and it was soaking, but she was lying in it just like normal. Now she will only ever go when I'm playing eth the ball woth her and she will stop and do it then carry on playing.
Why is this? What can we do to help her/make her do the toilet without necessarily getting thrown the ball first?
