Last yr neighbour had 2k or 20k of ballast delivered,shoved it against my sorned old car up to bottom of doors,fell thru wheels and under car.this was only 2 months after losing my dad and separated from husband,she was aware if this and had been nice.found this totally unacceptable as I wasn't asked,nor did they bother trying to protect mess.I approached em & was told that's where it was delivered.(lie as I saw em shovelling it)let em know that's not how u treat neighbours(friends)and how unhappy I was.she called next day to apologise & later told me that's what happens when building work being done!!!blocked neighbours path and have sunk paving & kerbs due to skip lorry coming &going.council did nothing as private land so I called SNT.this was after few wks,gave em a wk to move it.since he asked me to move my car as hard for em to Park,not complained b4.said no as would be on rd.told if not he would park his transit van outside my short front grdn.now he has another hire van and persists with parking outside my hse.not happy.know he can legally park it there,but think he's just being awkward.other neighbours not been happy with noise,sunk paving.hes really winding me up doing this.as if I haven't put up with enough.do I just ignore it,finding it very hard
