a new family have moved into private rental accommodation next door to me. out the back their garden is only a tiny paved square hence it right by my house by approx 5 steps. we only have a wooden fence between us so can hear everything. their kid has now started to kick and bounce his football non stop like a lunatic all evening. i can even hear it in my front room with all the doors and windows closed. the mother sits out there with him and sais nothing whilst he kicks it into another fence. the noise is doing my head in and i know she knows i don't like it as i shut my door and window when he starts banging it around and she does nothing.if i say anything i know i.ll get a mouth full . what can i do. its like someone banging in your head non stop all the time.
