Use 10,000's sq miles of potential advertising space on walls, spaces of hospitals (down to the handle on the surgeons knife) & other public buildings to rent out to private companies to help pay for public services. (idea taken from the fact that the internet giants provide free software usuage paid for by advertising space)
Allow households to purchase land adjacent to their garden to extend upto paved areas and sell off all unprotected green spaces to private companies except for public parks & greenbelt land to save on expenditure on council provided landscape services.
VAT exemption on all goods & services made in Britain to help domestic manufacturing & businessess in general to sell more public goods & services creating more employment and saving on benefits payouts.
Tax exemption on low alcohol beveridges upto 3% / legal limit on amount of alcohol served to individuals upto recommended daily allowance by health experts to save money caused by vandalism & physical injuries to the person caused by drunkness which is mopped up by the police & NHS.
All councils legally required to enforce all public drinking outlets to provide doorman to make town & city centres safer for the general public.
Toll gates on all motorways & reduction in road tax alongside traffic restrictions in built up areas.
All prisoners to undertake work opportunities that were traditionally undesirable by British people & filled up by immigration.
No prisoner released without having attained either a city & guilds or diploma or degree according to experience & abilities to prevent reverting to a life of crime on release.
Children to be taught the social costs of promiscuity & unwanted pregnancies as part of the sex education curriculum.
