Paving driveway - pave your drive or parking lot with blocks or gravel.

Hello. I've just written my first draft for my PGCE in primary education. The problem is i've read it to many times now and am having trouble with the sentence structure. I'm also repeating words and have changed everything around so much I am getting lost. Do you think there is anything I should remove. Have I touched on something for to long or missed anything out. This is still a rough draft.
Thank you for your time & assistance.

My memories of primary school are of some of the best years of my life. Not just because they were fun & exciting but because it was my earliest most conscious period of learning & growth,

I would come home from school each day & eagerly share with my parents all the new things i had learnt like it was all new to them too. My love for sharing then quickly developed into playful teaching & from time to time I would create what I believed to be fun educational games that I was allowed to present & share in school with my classmates.
Over the years it became more apparent that I took pleasure in providing help & assistance in learning whenever I could, weither it be, at school, college or university. during group work, volunteering to train new colleagues in my job or just helping my nephews with their homework . I have always found it a mental pleasure being able to aide in another persons growth.

In 2009 I graduated with a BA in Business Law & International Business. To date it is one of my biggest accomplishments and although it was hard work through dedication I completed it with a (2:1) & the benefits of it have transcended into all other aspects of my life. Taking this degree enhanced my communication & presentation skills, I learnt how to focus plan and utilise my time effectively. I became accustomed to working in a groups & on my own.
I also became business minded, which taught me how to create & develop a plan, It showed me how to bring innovative ideas to life, it gave me the use of foresight & taught me how to think ahead. It also taught me to be conscious of the way in which the minds of those you are trying to reach/teach work so as to better connect with them. All skills which I believe are transferable and will be useful as a teacher.

After deciding teaching was the career I wanted to pursue. I realised I needed to gain more practical experience working directly with children & those who teach to further my idea about the teaching profession. I knew it was Primary Education I wanted to teach because of the mixed variety of education on the curriculum, I also wanted to offer assistance in the stages of young development
In 2010 I found a placement working at primary school doing 2 days a week for 3 months. I found this experience to be very educational & enlightening as it gave me the chance to actively get involved. Through this placement I was able to observe how children interact & responded to information. I was able to help plan lessons, supervise & teach all which I enjoyed immensly. I came away with a deeper understanding of what it is like to be in constant proximity with children, to become accumstomed to their needs as individual and as a class. I welcomed the responsibility and enjoyed the relationships I formed. Its was definitely a learning curve.

My reasons for wanting to become a teacher have increasingly developed throughout my life. I have come to know it as an exciting and exhilarating profession, which paves the way of the future for so many & I want to be a part of that establishment. I strongly believe that education is the key to success & hope to make a great teacher because I am a patient, understanding & hardworking individual. Through my work & educational history I believe I have aquired some of the skills and gathered some of the knowledge suited to this profession. I become dedicated to the cause I set my mind to, I see a challenge as a chance to cover new ground develop and evolve.
I have always connected with children and enjoy their presence. I enjoy their energy. I enjoy the relationship sharing knowledge provides. I enjoy the benefit of working on someone's potential & fullfilling their educational needs. I love the notion of no two days being the same & take pleasure in nuturing young minds. I look forward to the prospect of finding interesting & dynamic new ways of teaching which I get to implement and watch take shape but mostly I am excited about the contribution this profession allows you to make to society and the next generation & I believe teaching is a learning experience not just for the students but for those who teach.
