Im thinking of cementing half the sleeper into the ground about 4`` leaving 4`` above ground to fill with hardcore & pave over, will this be ok or will the sleeper rot.....
I have done another area with concrete panels but i cant be botherd with the noise & mess of cutting them, thanks.
