theres this program that I have to go on thats mandatory for my school and its called reading plus I able to login on but as soon as I click start it starts loading the pave then it says Internet explorer has stoped working. and it also says a problem caused the program to stop working correctly ...etc what can be the problem I told my teacher about it and she said it maybe adobe or something can you please explain to me what to do and maybe even if theres a site to go on to download adobe or whatever solution
