I hope this makes scene, We recently had our drive way done out and now have block paving (no grass what so ever)we also cut down the hedge and built a wall instead. however once we cut down the hedge there was a large bit of concrete missing on the public path, which was previously hidden by the hedge and wasn't noticeable.
Basically the council came out and filled the gap in with cement. As the cable pavement point was in the hole, they basically cemented over the cable street connection. Virgin are coming round next week to install out broadband and TV.
Since our street connection has been cemented over. will we still be able to get connected or not. Will the council help as they cemented over it in the 1st place
