What color should I dye my hair? Please include a picture.?
Haii. I'm 21 years old and I want to dye my hair again. (None of these pictures are mine)

Except the outer part is a little bit more emerald green. What color will make my eyes stand out?
My skin color is inbetween the very left bottom and the one to the right of it:

And my eyebrows are the color of the very left on the second row.
I'm thinking about a reddish color, but what color? And what should I do about my eyebrows? Do I dye them too? I'm buying a home hair color from Walmart and my mom is going to do it. Can you please suggest a color and add a link to a picture from google of a similar color? Thanks in advance. <3 :)
