I applied for a dropped kerb on 24/10/11, got permission from landlord then waited 5 weeks to get the pavement measured and marked up. Was told I would receive an estimate of costs in 2 weeks time. I actually got it 2 days before christmas, I sent the form back accepting the costs straight away, and I am still waiting for an answer back. I was'nt asked for any money yet, so wondering does anybody know when I am supposed to pay for the work, and how much longer will I have to wait to drive onto my driveway which I was told at the time of inspection to go ahead and have it done, it is a gravel driveway, so I can't drive up the kerb without draggin the stones off with car wheels, and in any case it is illegal to drive up, I was told, even though my next door neighbour did when he had his blocked paved drive done. Anybody have ideas.
