I'm currently renovating my garden, my local recycling center has been very useful for disposing of the usual clippings and roots. But one afternoon I arrived with some garden waste and was told I could not deposit soil as it causes problems for their machinery. I have quite a lot of top-soil to remove in preperation for paving. So my question is, where am I supposed to dispose of it?
