Hi, could anyone please tell me what the law is for working hours for a 15yr old as my son is on work experience and he is being picked up at 7.45am then being dropped off at 18.45pm.the work is local so there is no travelling.He is doing a lot of manual lifting of heavy paving slabs and bricks ,also moving a lot of hard core gravel.I thought he was suppose to shadow the employer and not work more than 8 hrs.could anyone answer these questions for me.
